Could do without being ill again so soon though. Trying to be sensible to fight it off-Keeping wrapped up warm, lots of fluids, not going for a run this morning in the drizzle!

Builders, electricians, engineers etc all in the kitchen trying to disconnect gas, take out the old oven/hob, put in the new one, replace the sink and remove the breakfast bar. Essay didn't g very well due to all the noise & lack of electricity at various points throught the morning. Having been in the paediatric clinic (so much fun-I want a baby now)for the afternoon & just returned the place is still in chaos, but they think the kitchen will be done in another 30mins (builders time not real time!), so then I can get started on clearing up the mess before my flatmates get back. I'm meant to be cooking us all dinner (Good old bangers, mash & beans) in a few hours but as all of our pots/pans & plates etc are on the floor and out of cupboards at the moment it could be a bit of a problem & there is a fine layer of dust covering everything-nice!

The October plan is going well though (although we are only on day 2) But my quest to have a lovely clear complexion by my birthday should work if I continue with it.
